Very minimal motel, lounge area was nice with games.
Clean and was good for the price. Coffee was great.
Location was not great, very industrial. We were in our room about 10 minutes when we had a knock at door from hotel staff, asked if fire alarm beeped and if we smelled marijuana, we said no and no. Three doors down from us was where the smell was coming from. Signs everywhere no smoking, anywhere on property and 200$ fines.

The check in area (lobby) is nice and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly.
Our room was not clean, the sheets were far from clean, location isnt the greatest, room doors are outside the facility.

The location was great. Also, the style was neat, clean rooms.
The AC did not work, I told the staff and was told they were going to send out the engineer would let me know if I needed a new room. There was no communication from them that night was even worse.

Excellent stay and an unexpected but lovely hotel.
The rooms were spacious and very clean, i liked all the green features as well. Although I didnt use it the pool was lovely and the common areas are very comfortable and inviting.

Light reskin of a crumbling motel
Good bed, nice granite in the shower
The gym wasn't equipped with functional gear and the building exterior was literally crumbling concrete. Lots of road and highway noise, enough to keep us from sleeping.
