Disaster! Highly recommend to reduce the number of stars for this hotel!

In short - staff was polite (although feeling that hotel has lack of staff), scenery around the hotel is nice, gym - decent size for a hotel,

1. Price Vs Quality, we paid roughly 1k usd per night per room, it is definitely too much for what you get there even during christmas and New year. We also had to pay extra as there was a mess up between booking com and the hotel. Plus, we got two rooms on the ground floor in the 3-floor building. 2. It is not a 5 star hotel, the service , the facilities - not 5 star. 3. Food was really bad - lack of choice (fruits quality poor and no more than 3 types, no fries at all, salads - horrible), quality of the food was poor. Nothing to eat for kids, 4. No extracurricular activities / entertainment - no diving equipment, no surfing, no kayaking - nothing that hotel provides, even when you pay 1000k usd per night!!! They have tennis court - but the raquets and balls are in so poor condition, you cant really play with that. 5. Mosquitos - they are killers there, at checkin the reception said only sprays are available - they were useless. Only after we complained - we got electric anti mosquito stuff. 6. BEACH is public , hotel does not have a private beach. It was a mess with lots of random people. 7. Towels system - it is just bizarre, you get the card , with the card you get 2 towels. Towels must be then returned in order to get card back. Without a card or your towels you cant get fresh beach towels. Also the guy at the counter for towels is constantly away - really annoying. 8. Sewage smell at night in the room, especially feels after heavy rain.

The location mainly unbelivable as expected. The staff, restaurant, breakfast, facilities, pool and beach cleanliness was amazing and thanks for any detail and support provided for any question.

2 things; Wi-Fi not connected if you are at the beach but it is OK for peaceful holiday Secondly we got taxi pickup fee by hotel from airport around 80Euro, but from hotel to airport we paid 50Euro, so we didnt realise the difference, anyway.

Wonderful place with georgeous rooms and very helpful staff. The Christmas dinner was amazing. It is all about people and these guys do it pretty well, this way I would like to thank every one of you for arranging us a beautiful holiday.

Beautiful location, amazing staff!

Beautiful property! Loved the big pool and the proximity to the beach. The staff were so friendly and kind to our little one. Our toddler enjoyed visiting the kids club each day to play. Overall, it was a great experience.

Each of us dealt with tummy sickness, but that is to be expected when visiting new places. Abdule, in particular, was helpful to take care of us and our little one when feeling sick.

The location is amazing, the beach is just right in front of the hotel. Entertainment was on point, starting from the pre-Christmas dinner gala, which had the widest of variety of food choice, good music etc. One other best thing about the hotel is the big pool with Pescado restaurant for drinks and food . We also liked their SPA, where we had a near-heaven experience . Cocktails at their Gecko Bar which overlooks the ocean were amazing too. To crown it all, the staff, just amazing people, always smiling and treating guests like princesses and princes. We had to come back to this place after 5 years, and still found one of their amazing staff, Abdelfattah still around, an amazing man who knows how to make guests feel like this is heaven.

Just awesome

A very neat place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay so memorable, a pure definition of the best hospitality you will ever experience, especially one of their staff by the name of Abdelfattah was just amazing. The beach is like right in front of the property, you just walk straight onto the beach. The entertainment was top notch, a good variety.

My stay at the hotel was truly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Abdulfattah. Hotel Restaurants were also surpassing our expectations. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious accommodation and outstanding dining made our stay unforgettable and will certainly be back shortly.
