It's a nice hotel and an interesting location. It is all you need to have for a city break in Bologna.
The very interesting policy of tax per day/tourist, different applications from tourist to tourist.....No rules and aleatory application of this tax, but also difficulties in administrations of reservation....by Booking.com. I made a booking for a double room, but I discovered to prepare the room only for one, but after two visits to the reception desk they solve....somehow!

I didn't like that when making a reservation, it says the final price that includes everything, and when you book a room, you get an email saying that you still have to pay some kind of fee. Everything else was up to par and as described.
