Basic but good

It was a good location to where we needed to be. Car parking was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would go again.

We liked it but the place was basic and a little tired. Maybe we had higher expectations based on pictures and reviews.

Spacious room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Air- condition was so loud that we couldn't sleep.. but we couldn't open window either as it was loud outside.. Hotel is situated far away from the old city, not much to do around (only Automobile museum and Kings mosque are close) so need to take taxi to get to the center (but taxi is not expensive 3-5 JD).

The room was very clean and comfortable.

We did not have towels and had to ask twice to get them. No hairdryer.

Stay well worth the price.

I have stayed at Saray Hotel 3 different times . The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The receptionist Sayaf Alwardat was helpful when I lost my phone in Amman in a taxi . Overall the stay was well worth the price.
