Great experience

The people working here are so friendly. We went for daily trips, booked via the hotel and it was incredible. I would highly recommend going to this hotel and go on some trips. We enjoyed everything and saw amazing stuff, both above and (mostly) underwater!

Great place! I would definitely come back there!

This hotel is an amazing place for a couple! I will recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Dhigurah! Staff is very friendly and professional, Fairooz, the manager of the hotel, was answering our weird questions about the underwater creatures and the islands bats! In terms of the food, we had a full board option, for breakfast, lunch and dinner we could decide one over usually three options proposed by a chef that day. The food was nice! For dinner there was also an option to decide either dessert or a starter and as a couple we usually were sharing the dessert and the starter. If we ever come back to Dhigurah would love to stay there again!

Wonderful, green and inviting hotel in dhigurah paradise

Wow, we loved our stay in sands grand! The hotel is modern, clean, very green (lovely garden in the entrance), and over all inviting and joyful. Dhigurah is cute and walkable, so we felt that the hotel is close to the bikini beach and also some cafes. We loved walking all the way to the sandbar, it's great exercise! The island is not overly developed and it's quite green. We must say that Shaheen the manager of the hotel was just amazing, we instantly felt at home thanks to him. We loved chatting with him and learning about the island, maldivian culture, sustainability etc. He was very thoughtful and engaged and helped us organize some epic snorkle excursions and scuba diving trips. Overall highly recommended, and would love to come back to Dhigurah and sands grand hotel. Thank you Shaheen and team!

Unique exceptional experience at all levels in a Paradise place like Dhigurah island is!

The Hotel followed us up since arriving at Mal airport counter and picked us up at speedboat both ways. Hotel staff was exceptional, attending and very helpful showing what to do and where to go on the island. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioned kept a very good temperature inside the room all day. The meals had only 2 options but they were very well prepared, with very tasty local dishes varying each meal. They also organised 2 amazing excursions and we were guided by the Hotel manager personally all way. The Hotel manager was most kind, very attending and also most determined to show us the Whale Shark and to making us swimming among several Manta Rays. The experience of being at high sea guided with such care turned out to be most exceptional at all levels and made us feel very confident on our first snorkelling experience.

To be fair, sometimes the mosquitoes were a "little" annoying eh eh! But the Hotel even had repellent at our disposal, and there were no mosquitoes at all inside our rooms, so I guess this does not count at all! :)

Its really awesome moments passed in and out side of this hotel.

I like more of the hotel staffs support and very good helping mentality as Mr. Shahin Manager of the hotel and another office stuff Abdulla Fairoz such a wonder guys and they helped me a lots. I am really pleased and thankful of them and Ive plan to visit once again with my family Insah Allah. Thanks for everything!

Cleanliness was on really high level, rooms were clead every morning. Food in the restaurant is delicious and prepared like in the 5* Hotels. Everyone in Hotel are friendly and willing to help, and they organize very nice excursions, but special thanks is for Brayen from restaurant, he was always there to welcome us with big smile and perfect service.
