The Sand Rose Beach Resort has a friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. They offer excellent customer service and even returned a valuable item left behi (Read More)nd by one guest. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views. The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby. Some guests mentioned noise issues due to thin walls and barking dogs.

Great stay!
Great location, has it's own beach access so that is great when you have kids, room felt recently renovated and clean, there was enough parking space and some attractions to see turtles and aligators just accross the street, breakfast was awesome.
At check in, there was only one person at the front desk and was at the phone, so it took like 15 minutes to do check in until another person got there, pool water was cold.

It was not the best, but I guess you get what you pay for
Location is great
The breakfast couldnt be taken to the rooms. The facility had a lot of demo debris still on the premises after a remodel. Rooms smelled like sewage.

Firstly dirty room was allocated with out cleaning it, and then after couple of hours they allocated a room without the beach view (though I have paid 30$ extra for that view) and then after requests and discussion, finally they had allocated a room that was requested. The Manager was not available and he came next day but not bothered to enquire about the facilities offered to me. Though the lady at the reception was so helpful and kind. I had to follow up with the manager repeatedly for maintenance activities. Later the Manager offered some discount while checkout due to the discomfort happened but he never showed up at the checkout time.

My vacation was amazing. My room easily became my home and I didn't want to leave the beach!
I liked that it was family oriented and so close to the beach. I loved the breakfast set-up and the room was pleasant. Cleaning staff was prompt and friendly. We stayed over a week and loved it. Being near a beautiful pier was lovely as well. Having a eatery establishment near by was a plus as well. Food was delicious and prices were affordable.
With your stay you can't control who you are next too and if they have pets....they are going to bark. Kids will be kids as well. The pool is outside and not heated, but in warm outside weather I'm sure it's ideal. There is no hot tub..that would be a beautiful addition.
