First of all we paid for a Mountain View and we opened our window (no balcony) to look out at an air conditioning unit you had to put your head right out and round to see the mountain. So this can only be described as a partial Mountain View at best, we asked to move to another room with a balcony and they said they would let us know but never did even when we asked a couple of times.
On our first day we needed to get a taxi back to the airport to get our hire car. We asked for one to be called and they said yes it was on its way we then sat and waited for about 45 minutes to then be asked if we did need a taxi we said yes at this point we realised it would have been much cheaper and quicker to go and get a bus and a train but decided to persevere it was then another nearly an hour until our taxi arrived with us continually asking how long etc this cost 105 euro and the driver didnt know how to get to the arrivals area of the airport! Obviously the taxi wasnt booked when we first asked.
Breakfast if Im honest wasnt that amazing it was ok but confused on the reviews saying it was amazing as hot options (fatty bacon or boiled sausages) very limited and not enough fruit and just lots of cake and biscuits not many healthy options. We also found it beyond bizarre that everyday we had to sit at a table where other peoples dirty plates and cups were there was absolutely no effort to clear tables for guests and we werent the only ones. Most hotels I have stayed at they actually clear your plate while you sit there! The coffee machine also seemed to spew out hot milk and was erratic. The staff also closed off the food dead on 10am which isnt a huge issue but does make you feel unwelcome.
The shower in our room leaked horrendously which I think is a theme. No coffee in the room so its not true that you have tea and coffee making facilities. The mini bar/fridge is so tiny you have no way of putting anything of your own in to it so this is useless as well.
