The reception girl was nice and understood the situation, we claim a refund for the night thatwe couldn't sleep and they proceed without discussion. Breakfast is OK. The view from the balcony is amazing but...

There are no other words to describe the cleaning: disgusting. It is enough to look at the photos that we took after killing the spiders and other insects on arrival: the hotel wasn't full so a cleaning effort was possible. The wifi didn't work in the room. The water heater in the shower didn't work. The hairdryer didn't work. The mosquito net was full of holes. The view from the balcony is amazing but if you look to the side you see lots of waste but also everyone walks, bathes, sits, chats in front of the balcony: no privacy and ultimately the calm never lasts long. The electrical outlet near the bed works if the light is on only(!). The air conditioning compressors are noisy and poorly fixed: vibration of the walls (even if you turn yours off, the one in the neighboring rooms vibrate). Fridge also noisy, need to switch off during the night. Noisy door system too, especially if you have the neighboring rooms occupied... The price is therefore not at all justified and we absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless a promotion is offered and the hotel is empty. (food and drink more expensive than average). But breakfast is Ok. The room doesn't match with the description: 1) there is no lounge area, only an armchair which is necessary to place your bag or the complementary bed decorations; 2) no parquet but only tiles (also tiles broken); 3) no household products; 4) no dining area but only a kettle (with dead mosquito inside), 2 small bottles of water and 2 glasses (dirty); 5) no patio; 6) no terrace; 7) no wheelchair access: there are stairs to the rooms on the ground floor. Sink inside bedroom without soap. Soap only in the shower (seperate from bedroom).

Nice seaside retreat

Naa was great help and fun to visit with as well. Rest of the staff were really nice and helpful as well. Breakfast was really good and location on the beach is hard to beat. Great rates as well.

Good for most people

Literally on the beach. Boutique accomodation. Nice setting, helpful staff, good size room, range of places to eat on doorstep. Young people and families. Good food and service.

The beach is nice, slopes a little, not spotless. You may have to accept a little noise from guests as a courtyard style setting.
