Review 1: The staff was welcoming and the rooms were cleaned every morning. The hotel has a great location near 2 ports, and the breakfast buffet was worth the price. It was a fantastic location, great rooms, very comfy. Lovely staff, very friendly.

I don't know what the breakfast was like, because we didn't get it, because it seemed quite expensive for what it was. That's basically the only downside to the place.

The location and atmosphere were very good

Unfortunately the smell inside our room located on the ground floor was awful smelled like rats. Indeed we could hear rats running around the ceiling every evening. Except the smell, overall rating was not bad.

Fantastic

Great location, nice decor, hospitable staff

Got the 3rd floor and it was a bit inconvenient that the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor. 3rd floor only reach by a stair but the staff helped you carry the bags to and from the room.

Such a welcoming, lovely team who will happily give recommendations if you want some authentic places to visit when in Venice! The rooms are clean, modern and feel extremely safe. They also get cleaned everyday!

It is a little out of the centre but only a 20 minute walk to anywhere really!

Beautiful Stay!

The view from my room was gorgeous! and Little snacks on arrival helped too! Very cosy and beautiful rooms! The staff were amazing from beginning to end and dealt with all my questions so well!
