Extremely comfortable stay with family in pretty rural Devon location

Spacious living area. Contemporary Furnishings and furniture all to a good standard. Well fitted kitchen and bathroom including lots of lovely towels. Bedding pristine. Generous amount of crockery, glasses & cutlery. Lovely welcome pack.

No lock on bathroom door. Lacked curb appeal: outside paintwork & areas needed attention

4 day visit to Totnes/local area

The cottage was warm and welcoming with all mod cons, very comfortable living area. Bathroom was good nice shower/bath, also beds very comfortable. Ideal for a family break. Drive to Totnes about 15mins for any shopping etc....

Need a blind on the skylight window in second bedroom. Very small point, the cups/glasses smelt musty in the cupboards but ok after a quick wash. Didn't see any recycling bins, or info about it. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

relaxed quiet break of comfort

modern, relaxed decor, very comfortable sofa, and beds. everything we needed including plenty of plates and cutlery all new, coffee maker and all kitchen facilities. lovely garden and seating at the back with far reaching views at front. small field to walk our dog off lead every morning. beautifully refurbished - welcome gift from owners was lovely will stay again.

Our stay at Ryeland cottage.

The house was clean and modern, it was also very peaceful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. My family and my dog absolute loved our time there.

Relaxing stay in beautiful Devon apartment

Beautifully appointed apartment in a very quiet location. Fantastic kitchen with every possible appliance you might need. Lots of space with a nice little outside garden. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. Very spacious apartment. Owners are exceptionally helpful and very responsive and quick to meet my requests. Living room very comfortable with comfy couches and Netflix for the children at the end of a long beach day. We really appreciated the bedroom fans they provided during the heat wave. Very comfortable stay with young children and our pet.
