Superb

Nice stay, great location!

The RRR was a nice location, a block from downtown Ruidoso. The rooms were easy to access with a code and the rate was reasonable.

Overall rooms were clean but the beds lacked comfort. Beds and showers lacked cleanliness.

Superb

Very comfortable stay. Grounds were very nice. Will stay here again and again.

I liked the proximity to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. Enjoyed the wildlife that came through by the river.

Some of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. Better paper towels would have been nice. We could hear some of the noise from the upstairs rental. Not too bad though.

Very good

Condo but not resort

Liked location. Close to shops and restaurants

Resort fee tacked on after reservation made and there was nothing resort about it except barbecue and fire pit. Only 2 hangers in.unit. Kcup machine worked half the time,luckily there was another coffee pot.
