Down at heel, dirty hotel.

Location is central.

Breakfast room was a bar with all of the previous nights dirty glasses. Terrible food offering. Room dirty with rubbish in wardrobe including previous guests condom wrapper.

Disappointing

Tv was un watchable.

Great location

The Tv wasnt tuned in and was completely un watchable. Made for a very long evening. Room was very cold and took a long time to warm up.

Good

My stay was pleasant.

The staff, were very friendly and helpful, especially Geoffrey, he was the one at the reception the day I arrived. the location was very good, close to public transport, the hotel is surrounded with a lots of shops and eateries.

The breakfast, not plenty options. The room I stayed the first night was awful, with open shower, cobwebs, I complained about it and I was moved to a different room, which was perfect.

Not as I expected for this hotel.

Central location.

Lack of staff, had to request additional towels. Waited about one and a half hours for the original receptionist to return, not her fault, apparently a new member of staff failed to show. A number of other guests couldn't book in. Reception area very untidy.

3pin round sockets by the bed so unable to charge phone. One channel working on tv. No cooked breakfast,when i had previously turned down two hotels with no cooked breakfast .

Waited at reception for over 15 minutes before getting checked in. Room was horrendous for myself and my little 4 year o

Far from clean, large stain on the bed, tooth paste and water marks round the sink, large rip/hole in the lampshade, hair bobble under side unit and a left over water bottle under the bed.
