We won't be returning as we were disappointed

Breakfast, little choice of cereal, general lack of option.

Few people in the restaurant and pudding wasn't available alternative cheesecake was still partially frozen. The waitress who wasn't that attentive or cheerful stated when l said that it could be defrosted rather rudely said no we can't do that you can have an alternative. She stated that l had said it was tastless, implying why would l want another one!! I retorted that was because it was still frozen. To prevent any more of her irritation l had the sticky toffee pudding. We felt the hotel lacked atmosphere apart from the friendliness of the receptionist on our arrival and departure, there was little interaction with staff

Hotel was quite pleasant but was not very busy and the service suffered

Seemingly a lack of staff Ono e day I had to search for someone to serve Breakfast Breakfast didnt start until 8 30 which didnt help with my plans for the day Towels not changed on a daily basis

Breakfast was awful. Poor choice, little choice. Items cleared away before people had finished.

A great weekend away.

A great central location in Cornwall. We were able to get everywhere easily. Good choice at Breakfast, quiet location, plenty of free parking, nice big bedrooms with en suites and nice big grounds. The Miners Arms pub is close by which does good meals.

Everything was great.
