Room@87 provides a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation. The double room with ensuite is as pictured, with local amenities within walking distance. One guest had a solo stay with no issues rega (Read More)rding noise levels. Another guest booked a single and double room, finding the single spacious and the double cozy but comfortable. The hosts were polite and the location is convenient, making it a recommended budget option in Ellesmere Port.

It was temporary short term accommodation whilst working away from home. It suited me well.
The property was warm, clean and dry. Parking was easy. Just around the corner there are restaurants, bars and shops. It is a shared bathroom but I did not find this to be a problem. The owner is on hand and very helpful. The internet has a strong signal.

Pillows were firm which is perfect, bed was comfy!
Shower size but understandable for the room I was staying in.

Highly recommended Room@87!!
Great communication from the host prior to our stay and being greeted on arrival, always fast to respond to messages and even got wished a happy birthday, a genuinely lovely host and really homely rooms that made us feel comfortable, area was quiet and good off street free parking available. Location 10 min walk to train station for Liverpool and good access to Cheshire oaks designer outlet and Chester itself via car, would highly recommend :)

Viv is so helpful, and she keeps the house spotless and don't tolerate rowdy guests. Great if you need good peaceful aleep.
Shame there are no cooking facilities, but it's room only.
