It was comfortable and good location.

It was at a good location close to main attractions and tour pick ups were really close. It was clean and warm.

I wish there could have been an extra small bin the room itself and a hanging rail to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Good accommodation overall

The location is fantastic. Bed was comfortable & easy access to building & room. We were able to store bags while doing a tour between stays. I cannot comment on staff as we did not see any actual people but electronic comms were good.

Our first night we were out in room 210 (I think). Right above the place downstairs with live music. Not a great room for anyone off a long flight with an early start the next day but they did finish at 11pm and it gave us a laugh thats for sure.

Strongly recommend this hotel!!

The location was excellent! Reykjavik is not a big city, with this location, everywhere is walking distance. Considering Iceland is generally more expensive than other European countries, you might end up saving up taxi money by choosing central location. This hotel is close to all the shops, attractions, restaurants. There is a pub downstairs, which has live music in the evening. I did a solo trip to the Iceland, and this hotel just made everything perfect. Its really clean and safe. I didnt expect much for a 3 star hotel, but this one is exceptional! Also, its close to bus stop 6 (4minutes) and bus stop 3 (6 minutes) which is connected to the airport coach and all the tour coaches. The only flaw is because its really central, it could be a noisy in the evening, but Im a deep sleeper, so it didnt effect me at all! You might want to consider this if you are a light sleeper:)

Nice apartment, well located, quiet and cosy.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was space to hang coats and put away shoes, and also a nice place to sit. The coffee machine was good. I liked the walk in shower and the room was well heated. The bed was comfy.

It was pretty unclear from the listing and the email that our room was not in the main building on google maps, but in a different building 5 minutes walk away. At 10pm when we were cold and hungry it made the difference. Also there was no parking for at least 10 mins walk around. There was also confusion with the check out time, and the cleaner came at 10am, but she came back at 11 when check out was. I would still recommend.
