Staff are very friendly and professional. The one gentleman was even willing to get us some hot water for tea at 10pm even though everything was closed. Room is very neat and stunning views from the window. The location is great. There is a bus stop about a 7 minute walk down the curvy road. The train station is about a 30-minute walk. Breakfast request of 4 scrambled eggs was welcomed with a smile and accommodated. They also provided cheese and other ingredients free of charge which is appreciated. Coffee is delicious.

The inclusive breakfast is a bit strange for foreigners like us. It's quite limited, croissants, cake, fruit, yogurt. Seems a bit unhealthy, especially if you're eating pizza and pasta every night, but I guess it's the authentic experience. This means you'll need to pay for any other items like eggs, etc. I'd maybe include a kettle in the room, a bin (only had a small one in the bathroom), and perhaps upgrade the TV to a bigger screen and a smart TV. A couch would also be great.

Nice property with lots of potential

size of the room -bed super comfy, I wish they can tell me which brand they use for mattress and pillow, they are very firm so nice! -view over the sea I knew it's far from the city which is why I chose this on the way back to Rome so that I don't go into the city center. I don't understand how some people can miss that information.

they need hospitality professionals to manage the property and improve their process, staff were nice but the standard process is missing from a management point of view. a lot of little details are missing if you compare to small luxury hotels in the world. -no coffee machine or tea making facility in a 50 sqm suite is a bit strange. -the road to the hotel isn't very nice but it's only like 100 meter. -dinner can be improved -there are some high stairs at the door of the building, no one will see you arriving and help with luggage, I mean I don't need but the hotel looks more professional than it actually is.

5 star location.

the location of this hotel is stunning, everything within was perfection that i saw as i was staying in the chalet not hotel itself, and outside perfect, the views, well looked after. All Staff were really nice and helpful, couldn't thank them enough, really made you welcome. the views from the roof terrace restaurant are stunning. if i lived near its the place i would always go, lovely place to take a loved one/family for a meal for a great night. yes, would go back again with a car.

the place is so beautiful and staff we meet really nice and helpful the below is the cleaners not reporting wee issues. as i said i was in the chalet beside the hotel so only the cleaners probably see the conditions of it. There's steel front double doors on the front of the main doors into the chalet and on one side the lock bar was broken so could only enter through one door. the toilet seat was lose. doors on the sink cupboards dont line up. bedding had a hole in it. bedside light is needed as only the main lighting so had to switch the tv on for a bit of light so could switch the main lights off then use tv remote to switch tv screen light off when in bed. fridge not switched on for customers arriving. again only wee things that the cleaners should report back to main hotel. you would need to be fit are have a car with you. its a 30 min walk to the metro and another 10 min to the train station. the footpath down the main road is poor and road busy so wouldn't be walking young kids down it.
