Exceptional

The room was really nice and cosy, I loved the decoration of the common areas and the location was convenient, but the best thing was the staff. I was there with my mom who doesn't speak English and Daniel was very sweet with her. He was very helpful and put up with all my questions (which honestly, is not easy ) will definitely stay there again when if I come back

I've stayed here twice now and love the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, the location is excellent too. This time we had a bath too, which was great after long cold days sightseeing!

We would have liked a kettle in the room, there was just a coffee machine and little coffee mugs. We Brits need large mugs of tea!

Amazing location and views, just what we needed

The location was ideal and we especially loved the balcony view. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room and bed were the perfect size, and the room and bathroom were very clean. We also really liked the coffee machine and the fact that the room had a fridge.

Perfect for visiting Iceland

Fantastic staff. Fantastic location. Really nice amenities. My favorite was the lounge area with fire and the library.

The room was a bit small. It was hard to open the suitcase. But it was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was so so.

Welcoming hotel

The hotel was warm, clean and very modern. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Beautiful cinema room, restaurant and plenty of common spaces in the hotel to relax after a busy day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cleaners came back to clean our room later in the day as we were still in room when they originally knocked in. Also very eco friendly.
