Very poor

Staff ok...friendly....but facilities out...iron board at outside room...iron very dirty at level one...why not change new one...damage clothes wife...then we go to level 2...iron ok...still can iron clothes

Not a transit hotel, not convenient to downtown beach, bus, airport.

Upscale looking hotel, Good English. Clean room with actual hot water. Latenight eateries across the street. Courteous staff, Promptly called a cab at local rate.

Other than a meal, not waking distance to anywhere. Room cramped, hard to get behind bed for full length curtain.

Value for money and the staffs was friendly :)

- Got reserved parking for anyone who stays at the hotel - Got Tealives at lobby - Got clinics nearby - Spacious room - Got self service laundry nearby

- the wall at the toilet was a bit dirty - the water heater for shower was not functional - some of the lights in the room were not functional

Lovely staycation

Easy to check in and check out. Bathroom was very clean and all the necessities were complete! I would definitely stay again if i come to terengganu. Theres a tealive inside the hotel which is very nice.
