Ho (Read More)wever, one guest noted a rude employee in the breakfast area. The rooms are in need of refinishing and there were issues with drainage in the bathroom. Despite this, the staff at the hotel is highly regarded and the location is convenient, with Outback Steakhouse located next door.

Cleanliness

Interstate noise. We would not have booked this hotel(room) had we been told about the noise from the interstate. We got no sleep as a result of the noise. Absolutely awful and your organization is doing a significant disservice by not disclosing it. I believe that only a handful of rooms are impacted, but our room (2 bedroom suite) was terrible. Please warn others in the future.

Chlorine smell in pool was too strong for a person to sit around pool if they had breathing issues. Bot otherwise was good

Great experience, just a little bit of malfunction.

Friendly staff!

Not a big deal, but the door to the bathroom in one of the bedrooms would barely close! The French doors to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close tightly and the door to the other bedroom had an issue closing without being pulled hard. I think maybe humidity was a cause for 2 of the doors having issues. But, I am no professional on that topic!
