Nice hotel and staff

Good location, great breakfast, clean, nice view from our room.

No fan in the bathroom and when you shower water gets all over the floor. None of the housekeepers knew any English. At least learn the basics for when a guest request something. I didnt realize you took dogs, there were way too many dogs . And I almost got in the middle of a dog attack getting into the elevator.

Pleasant

Soul-less and personality-less. But the staff was nice, and it was clean.

The staff was wonderful - very welcoming, warm and accomodating.

A sad example of how corporate developers murder the charm of any place. The beach is across the street - you have to walk through a huge gift shop to get to it - yay for unfettered capitalism! - and there is no dining at the pool. The rooms read 'coroprate travel' not beach relazation. I wish I'd stayed at one of the cute little motels nearby.

Beyond expectations!

Ive lived in Clearwater my entire life and this was by far my favorite staycation spot! Fantastic location (just walk thru Surfstyle and youre at the beach), great views, laid back pool, seamless check-in and the morning breakfast was much larger than I expected! Waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, fruit, juices. The room interior was LARGE with a full kitchen, over sized bathroom, vanity, pull out couch, swivel tv, balcony with chairs and view and table. A true gem on Americas best beach!!! I hope to be back soon!

Two things that could be better. One the bathroom should have an exhaust fan and two when I asked the overnight desk worker for assistance she said she would come to the room but never did

Pretty good hotel overall. Would recommend it to others. Very close to the beach.

Pillow was way too soft. Couch cushions weren't comfortable. Couch mattress was old and actually leaving dust where it was falling apart underneath. No fan in the bathroom.

A lovely hotel with great facilities in a great location

The size and facilities of the room and the location were great.

Despite having communicated with the hotel by email - which was ignored - then by Facebook - and asking for an earlier check-in which we were told was in hand, on arrival, none of the rooms were ready or allocated and check-in was painfully slow. It was my wedding day and I had a make-up artist waiting. I could have done without the stress and the wait. Breakfast was crazy busy with nowhere to sit, so we couldn't sit together as a family.
