Beautiful friendly city of Baton Rouge

the facility was great, very clean and well kept close to our destination the in house restaurant was very good and the Staff was very good to us, the Morning Bar Manager was A Real treat to know she was a very friendly pretty lady from Baton Rouge myself and my Wife talked with her about how beautiful the area was she was warm friendly like a Southern Belle you would see in classic movies If we ever get back we'll look for her.

Passable

When I arrived to check in, the hotel couldnt find my booking. The lady at the desk took my info & said shell go see whats going on. I waited over an hour & she never came back. I sat in the lobby with my luggage watching people come in after me & check in. Finally, I back up to the desk to speak with another lady. She took my info & five minutes later, came back & checked me in. I advised her of the check in delay & that I was missing a wedding. She said the manager would call me. Im still waiting for the call. This was by far the worse experience ever. For the money I paid, its unacceptable.
