Firstly, this is not a star hotel. Dont get fooled by 3 or 4 stars that you see in booking.com . This hotel is located in a small street and if you use google maps then you will be ending doing rounds around this hotel to identify its location. There is no parking for cars. You need your park in another building which is in the next street. There wont be any boys to help you with luggage. Finally, once you enter the room after all this, you will be welcomed by an ugly,a two decades back painted, dusty rooms with some dirty bed with some unexplainable coloured stains and road side sofa set with sponges coming out and an uncleaned work desk with some 20 years back cushioned chair with lot of dust. I am sure they never cleaned things in the last 3-4 years. Bathrooms- I leave it your imagination. This hotel may be good for OYO sort of customers. If you are going with a family needs a decent space for a night stay you will regret booking here. I asked for a room change and they shown me two other rooms including a so called Junior Suite room. I ended up booking a room in Lemon Tree Premier after looking at this Jr Suite room. Red fox didnt bother to refund my money. I received calls from so called managers, Incharges and grievance addressing team etc. All were happy to say sorry but not to refund my money. Be aware and avoid this.

Worst experience ever in Reffox property, nothing to like as it looked like a B grade hotel.
