Disappointing

nice place well presented. good facilities but horrible dinner, expensive and badly managed.

this hotel was clean tidy and well presented. the facilities were good as described. the breakfast was very good and had a good selection.

was on bed + breakfast. when i arrived asked to upgrade to half board. i was quoted 27 a night i took the first night but this dinner was horrible - if i wanted frys i could have eaten better at mcds. when the manager showed me to my table, he asked me would i like a drink with my dinner. i replyed no thanks ill just have water. when i finished and went to pay he asked for 30 i asked why 30 because he had quoted 27. he replyed well you did have a bottle of water. THIS ruined my christmas break.

Very good

Good value for money, nice location

Great value for the money. Nice building, a lot of things to do. Decent SPA, good breakfast. Convenient location, friendly staff.

I booked for one person, but the hotel assigned to me the room with twin beds put together. It was still comfortable to sleep, but it's just weird.

Lovely quiet hotel out of season

It was close to the bus terminal to explore the area and also had a supermarket close for travel snacks. The breakfast had a good selection and coffee was of a good standard. The other guests were quiet when coming home so want disturbed

My only complaint is the bed was too soft that's a personal preference so can't really blame the hotel.

These are only a few things that I found and could be easily fixed

Location good for me ass you could walk to the old town, where the beach was and for shopping or you could walk to the new town,more for the bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable.

Tea and coffee was supplied in the room but to plug the kettle in, you had to place it on the floor or at a very low level. You would have thought that there would have been a socket, by the kettle!. When coffee ran out in the room, you had to go and find the staff for more as the room staff would not replace it, when they cleaned your room, also if you wanted milk with your drinks, you would have to ask the bar staff as no milk is supplied in the room and there is a charge if you need more than a small bit of it!

Good price performance

I liked room size. Free parking. Staff was friendly and nice.

Didnt like that one children area was closed and second playroom hatd short working hours, only 3,5 hours per day. Sauna and jacuzzi was out of service. No slippers and baby robe for spa area.

Great stay, amazing value for money

We loved our stay here. In off season so maybe lucky the place was so quiet but we couldn't fault it. Breakfast was plentiful with anything from cold meats to cooked breakfast, The entertainment team were friendly, staff behind the bar were friendly. Rooms large with bath and shower. Bed comfortable and big. Pool areas clean and the gym was large with plenty of equipment. I'm confused at all the negative reviews I've read on here and they seem a bit unfair . The shuttle into the old/new town was super modern and always on time. Took 20mins to walk to old town, no issues.

The beer was abit expensive at 5 for a pint when it's 2.50 for the same in the old town. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the indoor pool cold. In winter it would have made the stay better if these were warm and working.
