Nice hotel - but could improve dining facilities overall.

Suite room size was ideal

1. Lack of room service (due to quite period and low occupancy); 2. As a pet owner, at a pet friendly hotel, insufficient dining facilities (had to eat breakfast in the bar area at a small high table).

the hotel was adequate for our short stay but the area around the hotel was not good.

The service in the bar area was good. The lift was fast. The cleanliness of the room was good

The bar and restaurant are on the ground floor yet the toilet is on the first floor. The menu was limited. The lighting in the room was dreadful. The quilt on the bed only just covered the mattress which was not sufficient for the two of us. The safe in the wardrobe was on the floor and with the poor lighting was not usable.

A good stay overall

Rooms were a good size.

Everything was ok aside from the lighting in the room could have been brighter, it was quite dark. Also the aircon system keept blowing clod air and when we would change it to being warm it would reset itself to being cold again. Not ideal in winter. Also breakfast options were a bit limited. Aside from this a good stay.
