Superb

Good value for money, you are 30;ins outside the city center but you have great PT connection.

Clean and spacious rooms. Located at about 30mins with public transport. Hotel offered a pass to use public transport for free for all the days of the stay. They told us we could've gotten the pass before hand to get from the airport to the hotel. Easy bus connection from airport to hotel.

Not much actually. We didn't take breakfast (pretty expensive, as is everything in Geneva) and went to the local supermarket to grab some croissants and other bakery items.

The location, cleanliness and connectivity with other places

Staff misguided us by providing wrong routes for going to our place of visit. Staff did not tell us if Tap water is available for drinking water instead he insisted us to buy water bottle.

Christmas stay

Good size room, clean bathroom, fresh towels. The travel pass is great for getting to the centre of Geneva (about 20 mins away). The shopping centre attached to hotel, the Italian next door.

No milk in the rooms pricey breakfast - we went to the supermarket and also ate at the coop restaurant for a cheaper alternative. To note - Geneva shut their shops at around 6pm and shut all day on Sundays, so something to bear in mind when staying for the weekend! We found this slightly odd but maybe because we are used to late shops and open Sundays in England!

Good public transport connectivity to tourist places

Totally mismanaged, staff has no clue what they are doing. We checked in about 3:30. Were given a room on the sixth floor, found trash bag and a dirty laundry bag lying on the floor and the phone not working. Complained at the reception and were changed to another room. First time the receptionist handed us a key card and that did not work. After a 2nd visit to the reception and get the key card work we go and find that room is occupied by another guest. Finally this time the embarrassed receptionist (and rightly so) took us to another room and thankfully this one was clean and mostly things working.

The room is big, quiet and clean

The staff was very cold in serving directions or advice when we asked for it We were charged for breakfast which, as it was not clear whether or not it was included in the price, we were not told it was extra. In addition, the extra cost of breakfast was really too expensive (almost 60 for two people).
