Exceptional

Perfect location for those who don't mind a few stops more on the subway getting to city center. The subway entrance is literally 30 sec walk from the hotel . And we saved a taxi fare, despite landing at lisbon airport at 11:20pm because it was a quick ride on the subway from the airport to the hotel. The price somewhat matches what you get and I do agree with the fact that the soundproofing can be a determiner in whether someone gives this place a 10 or a 1 when raiting because I could actually make out what our next door neighbour was talking about. Just to add also, you can't expect a high stard of cleaning and makeups, but they do it professional to a certain degree. So Overall it was a good choice for me as my neighbours were in bed by 8pm, and I had a good rest and receive prompt help from the staffs of the establishment.

The cleaning of my room everyday.

The room was quite worn out. The cover of the blanket was unsual and the blanket separated from the cover every night - very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Very good

Location super good, right beside the metro station, and the staffs are also very nice. The soundproof of the room is excellent, with wonderful river view. The overall quality is pretty satisfying.

The water pressure is however pretty low, struggle a bit while washing my hair.

The location is pretty good. We have a metro station just above the hotel literally. The river view from the hotel room is simply amazing, and the facilities are incredible.

The whole hotel smells like cigarettes

The location was perfect, easy commute to the conference center

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. My room (non-smoking) smelled like someone had just smoked inside. I opened the window and cranked up the ventilation but the smell never went away during my two night stay
