Beautiful views and friendly staff

Some marks on the pillow and sheets on arrival. Swimming pool wasnt open when we went because it was NYE which was a shame.

Wonderful room in good location with cheerful and helpful staff. Pest control is required. Spa availability was not conf

The location is good. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

There seems to be some insects in the room. I got bitten by some insect in my sleep and just before checkout I came across a big cockroach in the room. I has asked about spa availability which wasnt confirmed or cancelled. That couldve been properly communicated.

The staffs are not cooperative at all

The staffs are not cooperative at all, they have arranged one room (Room-808) for short time for our 8-family people with child's out of my three confirmed rooms, but when we moved to the room (Room-808) we were not able to access using the key as they have provided, after that one of hotels staff tried to open the door using lot of keys then we see one of honorable guest were in sleep. After that we moved to the lobby with all family members with child's again, then they have allocated room 508 for all members and then we got another room 507 (20-30 minutes later) and last room 407 they have provided us 2 hours later. I have requested for drinking water on 2'nd night during my stay, but they didn't serve after confirmation by hotel staff.

Decent value for the price

Good bed, clean room. Not exactely regular Radisson standard (yet) but it is refurbished and taken care. Shower cabin.

Basic facilities. Wardrobe inside the bathroom. Breakfast needs improvments.

Nice room, but overall administration not what we expected from a four star hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable, we also had a nice ocean view. The front desk staff were very efficient and polite.

We had several issues with noise late at night, both from neighbouring rooms, and from events in the hotel. The latter was particularly frustrating as this was within control of the hotel staff, unlike noisy guests.

Arrived at 1h30 in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us some refreshments whilst checking in. Was always friendly and willing to assist during our stay. Also arranged our laundry within a day

There was some maintenance work carried during the time of my stay which was unfortunate but the staff took the necessary steps to deal with the situation
