Good value for Agra

Comfortable overall, the breakfast and dinner package was good value for money. The hotel location is also great for visiting local sites.

The travel desk very clearly provides cabs for hire at a price point that is more expensive compared to what's available via other providers. Defeats the point of availing their services. Breakfast was mismanaged, the space isn't enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel. They were prioritizing large groups for tables, which means smaller families are left waiting. The quality of breakfast and dinner could be improved too. We also requested a quiet room but got one opposite the elevators which is always loud because people go in and out. The room furnishings could use some maintenance.

Nice rooms, good food, great service.

The hotel's service was exceptional. We could only use 3 of the 5 booked rooms due to some of us missing our flight connections, but the rooms were upgraded to executive suites for free. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the hotel, Anil ji provided us with exceptional service, catering to each and every request of ours and even tending to our suitcases as we ate lunch at the hotel with the rest of the group (total of 11 people) when they arrived a day later. He even offered to check in to the 2 spare rooms early morning, use the rooms to freshen up and then check out. Although we did not use this option, as the rest of the group arrived late, tired and hungry, we were still very happy with the option being offered to us. The food was great, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, which all three were buffets with plenty of options, be it continental, Indian, or fusion, there is something for everyone. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but according to my family that was also nice.

Great hotel for comfort, location & good great value for money.

Location was good, felt very safe and secure, very friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room very spacious, food at Oasis was amazing.

The gym I for the barely had only one machine in use.

The Radisson was bustling with a festive vibe. The rooms were spacious.Breakfast was amazing .Service was outstanding.

There is construction going on around the hotel. We didn't have a view of the Taj Mahal.

It was ok for Agra city.

One of the few 5 star options in the area

It was cold in the rooms, in December, air conditioners does not have heat mode. It was quite noisy, you may hear what people are shouting on the other rooms.
