Returning to the hotel felt like coming home.

All staff very friendly, excellent restaurants, nice rooms

The location is a bit unfortunate if you need to be in the city center. Roadworks and Guwahati traffic make for an unpleasant ride that can take more than an hour.

Wait at the reception may be a little long. Staff seems to be slightly overworked. Some of my requests to the room staff went unanswered.

Terrible incompetent staff who need follow up for every meanial task , bad experience

check in time is 2 pm and i called the property to say we will arrive by 3pm. Even though we arrived at 5pm rooms were not allotteed till 630 pm!!!

Good hotel.

Great rooms. Delicious food.

Mid level managers trying too hard at being just that. Overstepping their staff. Not very professional. Trainees not being allowed to take care of customers when there is a question or request. On previous stays the presence of security personnel, military and police has not added to the value.
