Friendly helpful staff but room much smaller and did not meet expectations of a superior room

Breakfast Although expensive it was a good start to the day with plenty of variety and helpful staff.

Bed room was much smaller than expected especially as it was a more expensive room with a run way view.

Nice hotel, poor staff, disgusting price for food.

Lovely hotel, very well designed room, spotlessly clean, close to motorway, great views of airport runway.

The staff were unbelievably poor on check in. Reception was unattended and when they realised there were customers to check in it was almost an inconvenience!! Its their job! Receptionist wanted me to pay again even though I had paid in advance, then held a conversation with her colleague who just dismissed her! Very unprofessional. Whilst the price for the stay was good the food is a disgrace!! 50 for two pizzas and two bottles of non alcoholic beer? Disgrace! Totally exploitation of guests who have nowhere else to go. Hang your heads in shame!!

Very good

The room was very nice, the bar area was good, and it was not too bad on the price at the bar, especially for an airport hotel.

The only thing I could fault is 6 for parking per night stay. To me, this should be in with your stay price, seems excessive, to say the least.

I have stayed here before when flying from the airport, its a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, the staff are very polite and helpful. For xmas i got a grear price too!

Restaurant was closed and I was not told this before booking.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff, water and UHT milk in fridge.

Restaurant was closed and I was not told before booking. Food choice was Curry, Pizza or Ravioli only. The curry was very average at best and the naan bread was the worst I've ever had. Not even sure it should be called a naan bread.
