Exceptional

The staff: very attentive, nice and professional. Especially towards our three-y-o, with whom they were very kind. The hotel in general is very well equipped. Maybe not the most modern furniture, but well preserved. It's a children-friendly hotel all in all.

Superb

Great stay

Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The room is clean. There's a metro station 5 minutes away by walking, and the city can be reached within 30 minutes.

The hotel feels old, and you can see this from the condition of the wallpapers and flooring.

Just the location

The cleanliness was just about passable The room and furniture was very dated No kettle in the room for hot water - very poor give. The price 26 for the dog and then he couldnt sit in the bar or foyer of hotel with us. They said underground parking was 23 for 24 hours. It was 30 for 18 hours.

The rooms have a cards that have to be reconfigured every time you come back to the hotel, thats kind annoying

$500/night at a novotel isn't exactly as advertised.

Booked and paid for the Pullman only to be transferred to to Novotel next door at the same rate.

Try something else, there are plenty other around. Select this area only if you have a job nearby.

Breakfast is overall nice, as per selections provided, some dishes could be made better, e.g. scrambled eggs are not that great. Bread when available, was fresh and delicious.

Rooms are old, don't feel clean and up to a point cannot be cleaned as time has made his work on the furnitures and equipments. This is a 4 star hotel without a fridge in the room, a wifi that is barely working, not suitable for business use as it will frustrate you with the constant disconnects. Location is far from everything, there are no restaurants or even fast food around that you can spend some time outside of the hotel without taking a taxi. Personnel in the hotel do not give the impression of you being welcomed and in some cases you will find them even unwelcoming. Several customers were told to go out of the breakfast area because they haven't had the breakfast in their booking placed, that's not the way to do it. In all similar facilities you will expect the customer to sit and enjoy the breakfast even if he hasn't book for it and then pay or book it on the room. Never turn the customer away and tell him to settle the breakfast fee first. Finally for the food provided in the bar, I would recommend if you have to stay in the hotel, have something prepared earlier in your suitcase.

The location, quite and close to the metro station

Lacking a restaurant, we were offered to use the one in the neighboring hotel or bar. Unfortunately, there are none in the entire area, so it was difficult to dine without using a car.
