Comfortable, quiet stay

Clean comfortable rooms

The cashier had an issue with my credit card at check in, he said the card didnt go through, we used another card. In the meantime I got a notification from American Express my card indeed went through and was approved. The cashier did credit the other credit card. I just didnt like the fact that you had an issues running the card and somehow made us feel like the problem was ours. This is a common occurrence now blame the customer, instead of owning the problem and fixing it. I wonder how many other guests this has happened to, didnt catch it and paid twice .

Very good

We love this place and waiting as long as we did is not our normal experience. it is our favorite

I love the suites that over look the city. We also love the comfortable bed and dreamy pillows.

We waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after ringing the bell several times. There were other people waiting in the background thar apparently has been just waiting for someone to come.

very good, nice room. heard from another guest that a restaurant was on 3rd floor, never found it

coffee maker did not work (another sent up to room, worked) coffee pods had to be fetched at the desk, room servicer should at least give some more when delivering new towels. after all, we made our own beds in a.m. did the trash etc.

Beautiful views. Employee Jordan was exceptionally awesome.

Room cleanliness, parking was an issue on Friday & Saturday nights, issues with the room key cards, had to visit the front desk three times to get re-keyed

Poor

Not good at all

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodating

Multiple issues. Our key cards stopped working twice had to get new ones both times. There was severe water damage on the windows that they just stuffed towels around. There was damage to the carpet and rusty nail tack stripping that was exposed that my wife stepped on. The mattress on the bed was lopsided and extremely worn out.

Probably not staying there again.

The lobby area is really nice and the deck is set up nicely.

Outside needs cleaning up. Ashtrays and garbage can overflowing . Bedroom carpet coming up . Bathrooms need updating. Thermostat set and you cant change temperature. Bedding is outdated and not efficient. Service is slow in bar area.

Disappointing room.. lobby is nicewe liked location to downtown Prescott.

Old old old.. room felt dingy, and hot. staff at front desk seemed disinterested. I understand a remodel is coming. But cmon how do you give guests a tv like that , and a shower with no light. Sad

All in all nice stay.

Location

We have been coming to this property for years. It sure could use some updating in the rooms like USB charging lamps or stations for electronics. Behind the time there for sure.
