Nothing.... Location maybe

Yes the room that I booked is affordable but i think cleanliness shouldn't be overlooked. When I checked in, there's already opened soap at the shower area. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. We checked out the 2nd night, continue our journey and check in at another hotel in Johor

The room provided was without any window. Booking.com and the hotel should have mentioned it in the room description. I did not stay at the hotel and has to pay for the room.

There is a lot of dirt under the bed. I think the whole Room should be cleaned even the hidden places

Very good

Simple, nice, basic needs met.

Affordable, and quiet. Seems like several families like to come here. We checked in at 10 pm and it was smooth, and simple. The rooms are relatively clean. Like an Airbnb, nothing fancy of sorts, wasn't expecting it to be.

Squeaky bed Only soap. No toothbrush. There's not much around, only a Mcdonalds. A Grab/taxi is definitely needed to go over to this hotel so count it in the costing.
