The Pilot Beach Resort is a first-class family hotel with exceptional food and friendly staff. The resort offers plenty of activities for everyone and is well-equipped with pools and a well-stocked s (Read More)hop. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the resort has its own private sandy beach. However, some guests have mentioned inconsistencies in staff service and a lack of variety in the a la carte restaurants. Overall, it is a great resort with good food and facilities.

Superb

Great place to stay with our 5 month and 4 years old girls!

The beach was great! Even though we were staying at the far side of the resort it was close enough and is great. Although the hotel was full it didnt feel like it (maybe in one dinner) there are plenty spaces to chill and enjoy with the little ones .

The beds werent the style that we like (even when they replaced to hard mattresses it wasnt comfy enough).

Nice location and nice staff.

Horrible food. The whole resort is way too big, way too many people. Food is just disgusting, especially breakfast. Really bad value for money.

For everyone who likes TUI hotel type vacation ok. We checked out after one night as it really was not anything for us. Loud entertainment in restaurant area, typical mass hotel with no special feel. Our son who is sensitive to overload, lost it right away. We have to be grateful though, we got 2/3 reimbursement for the booked nights. For people who like individual traveling, do not book.

Loved the location and facilities all were beautiful and well kept. Service was overall pretty good.

A bit on the pricey side compared to other options, especially on the pricing of alcoholic mixed cocktails.

Pilot beach hotel was clean, relaxing and enjoyable

The food was amazing with many choices. There were organised football sessions which my kids enjoyed but every day there was something to do. in addition, the pool and beach are beautiful and clean.

it wasnt peak season when we visited (end of May, beginning of June) but on multiple occasions we had to queue for dinner or wait for service. i

Nice property, location and service. Children animation is organized on a high level.

Personal was quite cold, badly organized lines in the restaurant. Particularly child animator was not on his spot and probably not very fiteable to work with children

perfect resort for relaxing holiday

what a beautiful resort. great facilities, clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds, great beach, never felt crowded or noisy, very friendly and attentive staff. The management and staff know how to run a hotel.

just to be really picky, the mattress was bit on a hard site for my liking. also disappointed that you couldnt get free drinking water and had to keep buying bottled water, beside the cost, it is all the wasted plastic bottles that I dont agree with
