Beautifully decorated. Super comfortable bedding. Fire place was great!

Completely underestimated just how loud the trucks would be! I don't think there is any glazing based on the sound. I feel this should've been noted prior to booking for awareness.

Blackheath was a great area and we explored the other towns around.

Lots of little things: road noise, bedding, lack of internet, dripping shower, back steps.

Warm, welcoming, and comfortable cottage.

Central heating combined with the wood fire kept us warm, and appreciated the heated bathroom floor on a couple of cold days. Secure and comfortable property for our dog and cats. Excellent communication and responsiveness from hosts. The lovely bath was most welcome, though Mum couldnt easily access the shower.

We were aware there would be truck/traffic noise from the road given the position of the house but didnt except it to be quite so impactful. It felt like the vehicles were travelling very fast right past the bed in the darkness. An investment in double or triple glazing on the front bedroom window would enhance the comfort. A rail from the back door down to the path would be helpful for guests with mobility challenges, as was the case for my Mum.

The puppies had a wonderful time in the backyard, the cottage has all you need & great communication with the host.

Outdoor & indoor fireplaces. Secure yard for small to medium dogs. Loved the big iron bath.

The position of the cottage is on a very busy road with cars, truck & dog trailers travelling all day & night, making it noisy with disruptive sleep.

Absolutely loved this house. Beautiful. Super clean. Convenient location. Wonderful hosts.

Nothing really! It was a little unfortunate i couldn't get the air-conditioning to work but that was a very very minor thing. I'd still highly recommend this little house to anyone!

Bonnie Blue Cottage was charming, warm and cosy and we would definitely stay again.

It was cosy and comfortable with super clear instructions and great communication

Close to a road with noisy trucks but that didnt bother us too much as they were few and far between.

Tastefully decorated, warm, lovely bedding, responsive wonderful host. Great info on things to do in area. Appreciated firewood provided as for same price, often not the case. Spotlessly clean which is my number 1 thing !!

Not enough instructions for appliances eg under floor heating didnt work but cldnt fix as no instructions, dishwasher instructions weren't there. Kindling for fire wld be great. Fire starters and logs not enough. Condiments, oil, had run out. Wldnt have minded bringing own but host said all was there. Worn out saucepans already rectified by host. More board games wld be great, and a jigsaw too for rainy days !!
