Good location , value for money

Had to ask for clean towels and extra toilet roll , didn't get the towels. Bar very expensive Bar staff very inattentive

Very good

Enjoyed our 2 days and will probably stay again although wont pay for upgraded room as not worth it.

Ambience,location.

Cooked breakfast on both mornings was cold,extremely disappointed.Paid for Penta Plus room,what was the difference??One chair and a steel stool beside the bed.No prices at bar or menus.

A great choice to discover in Inverness!

The staff was extremely friendly. I was even able to check in earlier. A great welcome and always helpful! The rooms are spacious and the location is very central - everything is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, I had a room facing the backyard, where the ventilation system ran all the time, which is why it was not possible to sleep with the window open. In addition, the duvet was quite thin for the season, although there would certainly have been an extra one on request.

A place to put your head

A good place for a pre-dinner drinks and a game of pool but thats about it

The area is one of the least charming parts of Inverness. The rooms were extremely basic, the beds uncomfortable. Some of the staff were great but at least 1 staff member was so unhelpful and entitled. He blamed us for the key cards not working and wouldnt take our order for 30 minutes. When we pressed him politely he snapped at us. There are better places to stay in Inverness

My stay at pentahotel

What initially was a downside No Parking,but there's a multi -story carpark ,2 minutes walk away, which turned out be a fair price to park.everything about the hotel perfect,even the location perfect. Centre of Inverness,which in actual fact is really nice, a lot of work as been done to the pedestrian areas ,
