8.5/10 stay, definitely coming back. Beats other resort with how many things you can do in the resort.

Nice and clean room with a lot of space, great environment providing great vacation vibes.

The waitresses during the breakfast buffet lack a smile on their faces. Out of the 10+ personals, only the only supervisor carries a smile on her, walking around greeting other customers. Not very welcoming vibes during the breakfast buffet. However, the food was great, lots of options to choose from.

Beautiful resort next to the sea

Resort was so amazing! Nice landscaping and so clean! Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. Two nice pools! Also free minibar was nice!

Staff were very helpfull BUT the service was extremely slow!

Excellent space for rest and relaxation

Out stay at Pandanus Mui Ne was amazing! We stayed in a sea view bungalow room, which was huge and very thoroughly cleaned by Nguyen Thi Thanhi Tinh each day of our stay. Breakfast has a vast array of choices, with super tasty meals and drinks. There were two pools with plenty of chairs at each one. The cooking class was fun! One on one with the chef and an english translator staff member made it a very memorable experience.

There was nothing overly wrong! If I were to be pedantic, our room wouldn't connect to one of the cable movie channels and that was a touch annoying, but we also didn't request for this to be fixed by staff. Essentially it was all good!

Very clean, comfortable. The beach was very clean.

Room service was not as good as I expected. Location was a bit isolated. The room had two single bed. Most rooms at this resort were with single bed.

Honest truth

The beach bungalows were really cool

When we arrived the staff didn't serve us complimentary drinks like the other people. We booked the beach bungalow which were the most expensive and furthest and they told us to walk with our luggage to our room.

A special thanks to Ms Bai and Ms Queen that were always very friendly and helpful! Staff around round were great.

The wifi was very poor in our block Cassia.

It's fantastic resort with good facility , good breakfast , and nice room, clean (view garden and beach) . They also free cheese & wine on happy hour so you can enjoy all resort facility for relax .
