Very nice breakfast. Varieties of choices. Many spa nearby, good for relaxation away from work

Our ears (2 persons) got rash.Not sure where we get the rash, but we did use the swimming pool. It looks clean tho

Location

Room 847 the water Tao was not functioning well. Housekeeping was bad. On occasion the bed not done and towels not replaced with clean one. Room not vacuumed.

Good stay .

Location . The front desk was very helpful.

Some Housekeeping staffs who comes needs tremendous training. At times they come late and we will be waiting from 12noon onwards to clean so we could rest. But the staff comes after 4.30 pm . The vacuum job too not done. We were staying for 17 days and flustered with the service.

The staff supposed informed us if they can't give what we requested.

The room is bigger & we like it. My baby can explore the room.

I have requested a cot for my baby. I thought when we arrived, the cot was already inside the room. But unfortunately the cot doesn't have it in our room.

The front desk staff are friendly, the location is quite strategic with lots of shops just across the road.. The room is clean.

The parking lot is.not free for the hotel's guests so what's the point of getting the parking ticket to be stamped at the counter. We have to go down to the ground floor then go up again to the parking lot. When we first checked in, after waiting for hours, we were given a room which was not ready and when we went down to the front desk, they said we were given the wrong room.. When we got into our room, the door was unable to lock from inside. We can only depend on the door chain lock.
