Disappointing

Mostly I prepared ourself for the breakfast

The property have so many constrains - toilet tissue paper roll kept two for 7 days. If you ask reception you have get your own. - 7 days once only they will clean the room - no facilities to call to the reception - no value for money using bed mattress while sleeping the bed spring in my back. - vaccum cleaner not proper - rubbish bin is broken . They are using the same - no aircon facilities for two bed room house, it has only in hall.

The location. Booked this for the location.

Compared to the other other apartments we have stayed before , this was not worth the price. Not sure whether it was the particular apartment in the building., We stayed in 4B.

Very good

Location was great a bit noisy from traffic but is on a main road so to be expected.

No air conditioning in bedrooms, rain was coming into bathroom through a window vent

Did not stay in the property as it was miserable and completely run down and unclean.

Nothing.

It is run down, unclean and very sad. The pictures advertised are absolutely NOTHING like the actual rooms and property. The owner was non contactable as soon as I complained and flat out refused a refund. DO NOT STAY at this property.

Superb

Overall we were very happy with our stay!

We had a lovely, clean & comfortable room with a big balcony overlooking the Broadwater. Pool & spa were great

Wouldve liked to be higher up in the building Road noise was quite loud.

Comfortable Apartment!

Easy access, yet secure. Ganny was lovely!

Had to come in later (5pm) because they renovated my apartment the same day. Missing a mirror, had holes in the bathroom wall. Water wasnt turned on at the wall for the washing machine, and couldnt get to it so couldnt use it.

Needs decluttering

Location was great. View from the apartment was lovely.

The apartment we stayed in was cluttered with old furniture inside and out. Multiple dead plants on the verandah looked untidy. There is no door on the ensuite bathroom. Desperately needs an update and decluttering.
