The Pal�cio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness offers a flawless stay with courteous and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the rooms have beautiful views. The hotel has classic elegance (Read More) without feeling outdated and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The breakfast experience is incredible and the waiters, particularly Joao, provide excellent service. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its location and exceptional service.

This is the most amazing hotel I've been to. It's so classic and beautiful - it's full of great furniture and paintings. The staff is always helpful and they make you feel like a royalty. This will be an unforgettable experience for me. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel; amazing staff; fantastic experience on all levels.

There were a lot of dogs in the hotel, which did make a lot of noise during the evening and early mornings.

Luxurious classic Hotel with best breakfast and great staff.

This hotel has a very good location for our needs. Certainly the best breakfast in Cascais. A classic hotel with great staff and great cleanliness.

Unfortunately a little uncomfortable beds that take some getting used to. Spa was not open.

wouldnt stay here again and probably wont book through booking.com again.

The check in was awful. showed to a twin room which we didnt book and then we were downgraded to a standard double which they gave us a reduction in price. however this ruined the start of the holiday and the hotel and Booking.com have taken no responsibility.

Great Location, Grand Building

Location , beautiful architecture and the history of property, good mattress The cleaning ladies were friendly and cleaned the rooms well Beautiful pool area Very easy walk to the beach promenade and lots of beach restaurants

Property and rooms are dated for such an iconic spot, bathrooms need an update The reception and concierge staff were not friendly and did not like it if you had a problem for them to solve. I have had to opportunity to stay in many 5 star hotels and this does not compare (we stayed 2 weeks and in many other hotels on the 2nd day they recognise their guests). After a week in Madeira at the 5 star Savoy one could tell the difference in staff training. The Palacio Estoril should send their staff there for some customer training. The terrace restaurant had buffet (and if you have allergies this is an issue) and so we could not eat at the hotel
