Una Maravilla ! !

Everything was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming . The breakfasts delicious! Singing and piano music was a great way to start your day in high spirits. We were impressed and it shows that the staff enjoy working at the hotel. They all went above and beyond. Thank you again for making our stay special. Happy New year to all of you. Perfect breakfast with various choices. Nice view (especially sunshine), live music, and singing from the staff during all the breakfast time. Fantastic service from the staff. The BEST hotel ever! Will definitely come back.

Not just a palace by name - elegance at it's finest

Stunning interior decor, from the moment you walk in your eyes just can't take in the exceptional detail. Sheer quality from beginning to end. Room was exceptional, we stayed in one of the royal suites, really felt like royalty for 3 days. Breakfast was accompanied by live piano or violin or sometimes both. Would highly recommend a visit.

Some broken paving tiles (2 small potholes) just outside the front door resulted in a trip and injury The balcony was a Juliette balcony so you could not sit out which could be clearer on the room description

Elegant decor

Every part of the hotel has an elegant decor. Do take a tour around its garden, library, and gym, and walk through the stairs. (We do not use the spa or taste the wine.) It is interesting to find a combination of food for breakfast from several rooms and enjoy them with live music.

The portable shower nozzle could have an angle to keep water inside the shower cabinet. The internet could be upgraded for stable use.
