Excelent acommodation

We spent here end of 2023 and the location was amazing, it made the whole experience marvelous. Very close to piazza Roma and all major turistic objectives. Large room, very clean, big bathroom. 10 out of 10!

Excellent room in a superb palace. Really handy location, close to the train station/bus station but already feeling in the middle of Venice. Excellent breakfast!

Good

I had paid the accommodation in advance. However on checkout they argued and said I still owe them the full amount. The more I explained they must take it up with Booking.com and showed my receipt, the more they said that is the info they have. In the end however I did not pay again. Location is good, however, very steep and difficult steps up to the room. Breakfast area very small so had to book a specific time slot.
