Super location and comfort in Venice

Very nice and convenient location, easy walk to many attractions and restaurants. Water bus stop right outside the hotel. Comfortable rooms with a choice of pillows, very clean. Helpful staff.

Breakfast is a bit expensive.

Charming hotel in an amazing location

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Booking.com promised me a room upgrade which I didnt get for some reason but this was remedied the second night. All in all very nice.

Location was good.

Staff was not helpful and argumentative. This isnt a five-star hotel or even a four-star hotel. Horrible value compared to other similar hotels.

Disappointing

Good location but got bad experience about services.

Good location, comfortable traveling with boat station in front of the hotel

My friend got hurt from some pieces of broken glass at the floor in the room. After notice to the staff, he just said ok. I know and i will tell to manager. Without care, he did not offer any assistance or apologize for my friend injury. Apart from that, room is ok. Other staffs is friendly and helpful.
