Very good

Pleasant unit. Well equipped.

Proximity to everything was excellent. Beach, restaurants, and shops all on our doorstep.

No prior direction from staff regarding parking. Difficult to find entrance to car park and procedure for entry. A little irritating.

What a great stay!

The room was incredible! We were in a three bedroom apartment with an ocean view on the third floor. The whole apartment was clean on arrival. The balcony was gorgeous and had an amazing view. The apartment came with all necessary + more appliances to make for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were great! The games room was such a cool touch too. We loved that there was free WiFi and that the TV had Netflix and YouTube. The hotel is in such a great spot, being right on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly on arrival and the online communication was great. I also appreciated that there was a carpark dedicated to our unit for my car.

There was not much to dislike at all! My only recommendation would be to put air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living area and master bedrooms had air-conditioning however, the other two rooms got quite hot overnight even with ceiling fans. My other concern was the doors into the hotel and carpark were not locked overnight. I appreciate that a key is required to actually operate the lift, however, I would have felt a bit more secure having the main door a key access after hours and having the parking garage door lock with key access. We otherwise loved our time and would be back again!

But old now which detracted from stay. Ad for the accomodation should say partial se view as the balcony was obstructed

Reservations without warning!

Excellent location Excellent accommodation

I am extremely disappointed that I paid $2000 for 5 nights. I complained to reception on 2 occasions but apologised to and told that the worst of the noise was now finished. The lift didn't work 1 day, so we had to use the stairs. The building was being renovated, but we weren't told about it or received a cheaper rate due to the noise and disturbance. There was actually jack hammering for 2 days above our room. We had to go out because we couldn't enjoy or hear the tv or each other in our room. I paid about $450 a day but couldn't enjoy being in the building because of the noise. There was a dump bin on one side of the car park entrance, leaving only 1 lane for cars to both drive in and out on the 1 side. There were also vans and Ute's covering the open side of the entrance, making the car park extremely dangerous to use. There was no visibility to the left. Pulling out of the driveway was very dangerous because of the work vehicles. The photo of the lobby is actually a photo of the lift. It was the only lift, and we had to share it with the renovation crew.
