Nice location - close to waterfont, just few minutes walk. Few restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed.
Staffs were not that friendly. Our room was not ready at 2PM.

Inexpensive but disappointing toilet
Reasonable price even as a solo traveller booking twin room. Location is 5min walk away from Jln Padugan and ~26min walk to the waterfront. Check-in uncle in the afternoon is friendly too. Light switch and plug is conveniently right beside 1 of the beds.
The toilet isn't clean with dark spots and doesn't dry easily - the ventilation/ light switch isn't powerful enough. Only had body lotion, which I think hand soap would've been better. Strangely the shower doesn't work from 1am onwards. Bath and floor towels are worn out and stained. Pillow could be slightly higher.

The staff was friendly at least and is helpful as well. The room was clean also. The towels are provided, and they are clean. I am grateful for the WiFi working well.
1. The toilet is not clean. Should really clean the toilet if a person has booked the place. There are water stains everywhere. Regretted that I didn't bring toilet slippers. 2. The one time I did not bring soap, the hotel not only did not provide soap, but they also provided 3 body lotions.
