Nice place!

Great location & premises! Room & amenities were good as well. The WiFi speed is sufficient for Zoom meetings.

Minor: My particular room was oddly half-below street level and, thus, low on natural light.

Very good

Room is great. Hotel is pretty. Staff is helpful but the hotel restaurant was not opened on 24/25th December.

Street noise. Room soundproofing could be improved. Very noisy at night.

Superb

Great location and spacious bedroom

It was my second time staying at this hotel and I loved it. Spacious room, comfortable bed, modern, and within walking distance of the city centre. Very welcoming staff as well.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast changed from buffet style to a set menu, but what was on offer was good.

WLAN was not working in my room after asking to solve the Problem i was ask to Move to another room which was not the Same category like my paid one before. Thanks for the help but paid more and get less is really not my style i will not book that hotel again

Totally fine, but nothing exceptional.

Clean, comfy rooms and pretty hotel.

Our queen room was quite small. Our teenagers room (two singles) was much larger and nicer but the wireless was not reliable on their room and their window was gimpy (would not close all the way without a lot of force). Also, the steeet noise was bad in both of our rooms and loud white noise from our phones was necessary to sleep. Because of this, probably would not stay here again. Staff was fine but not nearly as friendly as the places we stayed in Madrid and Granada.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, but keep the pool open even in winter.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, comfortable beds

We were told the pool was closed because it was November and too cold. It is better to let the guest decide. The breakfast was good but should be a buffet option
