Great location and value.

Location to old town was really convenient.

The apartment was very noisy from street noise and other apartments. The shower was also broken on our arrival which required maintenance during our stay.

We should wait for keys about an hour with no ventilations in small reception together with about 15 people.. never seen such nonsense. The building outside coridors entering apartments are awfull..

Shower head did not work properly Windows had no insulation and you could hear everything on the street Room layout was confusing you had to walk through one anothers rooms to get to a shared space Check in took 1 hour which was horrible

Nice aparthment, but 700 meters from the specified address. threatened to charge 100 euros for a plastic card for parkin

Good location, very big appartment, calm and warm, big TV

- the apartment is 700 meters from the address indicated in the registration - the hot water was constantly running out in the bathroom - the most important moment - the person at the check-in persistently offered to rent a parking space from them, I was not informed that the card from parking should be taken to the office back, I was threatened to write off 100 euros from the deposit (is this even a legal part of the business?).

Superb

Surprising!

Starting note they are a company with quite a lot of apartments scattered in Prague. We were a group of 6 people and we were in Kaprova Street, GREAT location. One side it was 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and on the other side 1 minutes away from the old town square. The apartment was spacious. Separate 3 bedroom apartment and double beds, big kitchen with a dining table. A shower room and toilet room which was helpful as we were 6. Heating perfect, hot water perfect and pressure! Surprisingly quiet since we were there the new years weekend. Amazing view!! Very safe place with locks, however complicated to get it, it felt safe. Before check in they provide an online check in which can be used online or through an application and they also ask for a 200 deposit for any damages. Since we did it all that a day before we didn't have any delay with check in, but make sure if you arrive past midnight to let them know. As we saw in reviews that some didn't receive the deposit on time or never we made sure to keep the apartment clean as possible and avoid being loud. Luckily we received the refund on the same day. FYI, if you want to leave luggage after check out there is a 5 per bag/luggage. As a group we had an amazing stay, very pleased and happy. Most of all the best deal in price for time and location!

Not so much that I didn't like. Would be good to inform on the description about the 200 deposit and that the address is the reception and that the apartments are located around Old town prague.

The price was relatively expensive considering the age and facilities ( old bathrooms , flooring and curtains ) even though it was New Year ..

Superb

The apartment was stunning, close to old town square, warm, clean an comfortable, much better than staying at a hotel.

When I checked in there was an issue going on with other guests who were waiting for police (nothing to do with the apartments) however it was 20 minutes before as I was even acknowledged by the member of staff then we we did check in I was given a map and sent off to find the apartment at 11pm at night in the snow with no idea where I was going. At no point was it mentioned that the apartments and reception are not next to eachother.

High price, low quality

Good localization.

We received a room in a completely different location than on the reservation. Rooms dirty and damaged. Toilet without sink. The shower cannot be set up.
