Nearby to clean and white sand Purnama Beach also with private pool for kids

Lots of pigeon everywhere nesting and pooping, cause uncomfortable, could be some health concern.

no ocean view, many abandoned/empty units nearby causing something like eerie feeling... many crows/birds nesting/droppings outside... ... nearby beach not so suitable for kids...a bit far from beach happenings
