Guests had a lovely evening with friends at Oakley Hall Hotel, praising the immaculate decor and amazing service. While some minor improvements were suggested, overall, the experience was enjoyable. (Read More)Another reviewer had a fabulous champagne afternoon tea experience despite initial booking issues. The hotel itself was praised for faultless service, lovely rooms, and delicious food, although the wine list was considered expensive. Very good

Nice hotel in a great country setting.

Room was spacious, bed really comfortable, very clean. Lovely setting. Very quiet. Dinner was very good.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, could offer more selection on the buffet. Shower in our room was blocked so we had to use the bath. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow during the evening and at breakfast.

Exceptional

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on Christmas eve and Christmas day so there was naturally fewer staff around but those who were around were helpful and friendly. The Executive Room was also large compared to the other manor-type houses which we had stayed in. There was sufficient space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers to run around. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious.

The building is impressive and grounds lovely

The bed was a little firm and there didnt appear to be enough staff manning the restaurant and bar. We had quite long waits to be served and long waits for food to appear. A couple of times we had to go and find a member of staff,

Relaxing, welcoming, warm and friendly, with excellent customer service from Reception staff, Liberty and Josh.

Stunning grounds, excellent customer service, very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my stay as did my son.

Nice location, very expensive. We wont go back in a hurry.

Lovely property in quiet location. Food was good.

The service was slow, staff seriously need training in customer service. They were slow, often didnt seem to care and tried to overcharge us. Charged for four breakfasts when there were two of us, charged for drinks we didnt have.
