Superb

Amazing hotel and staff

Room was spacious and clean with big windows. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of food and drinks . Location is great only 10 - 15 minute walk to the lake

Good location

Air conditioning was to warm and wouldnt go below 18 no windows in the room. Had room service but couldnt and it to the room waiter demanded money up front. my wife had to get out of the shower to pay

Amazing staff, room upgraded and even a gift for my baby Son upon arrival, Im not sure thats standard but he was flirting with the lady at the desk.

Bar prices are extortionate but its Suisse.

Staff unhelpful ,smelly room on check in , then a 45 minute wait for another room , staff forgot to tell us about a free Geneva travel card , but they did reimburse us for it .

Great hotel great location we would stay here again!

Location was great walking distance from the station, the centre and restaurants

The room was great for a family, however our sink was dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned. Apart from that it was overall clean and comfortable

Fantastic value for the rooms, cleanliness superb, staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The family room was fantastic. It was super clean and spacious. Couldn't be happier with our choice of hotels. Will def stay there again and will more than likely look up Novotels in other cities.

Very good

Very Good Stay

I really liked the hotel structure. It was well equipped and well located. It has been a good stay.

Only thing I didn't like is the man receptionist, the bold one. He's one of the rudest people I've ever met. On the other hand, Luba was a nice person.
